Payment Terms

  • Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement.

  • Additional charges may apply for consulting or technical support beyond the initial scope of work.

  • Refunds or cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Refund & Cancellation

As our offerings are customized, refund terms—if applicable—are defined within the specific service agreement. These terms may vary depending on the nature of the engagement, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all our clients.
